I received a Bachelors in Psychology from Baylor University and a Masters in Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University. I am currently working on my PhD in Family Therapy and I am recognized by the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A) and Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPC-I).
My background includes working with a variety of individuals and families. I utilize a variety of strength-based, collaborative approches grounded in systemic theory including structural family therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy, and solutions focused therapy.
